Chasing Sunrise

Our human likes to get up way too early. This time we went with her. Sometimes the best part of the day is the part that we are usually asleep.

Over Christmas we went to visit family where there is a lot more snow! Not only was there a ton of white-stuff up the mountain, it happened to be snowing the day we went ‘snowpawing’. Our human made us a life jacket to wear, thankfully we didn’t have to test it out. We definitely had our sea legs after a week aboard.

“The meowtains are calling and we must go” -John Meowr

We hiked three hours up along a frozen waterfall until we reached an alpine lake! We discovered we were good at ice-climbing and scrambling, but not so keen on waterfalls. At the lake we cuddled up in our scarves and layers while the humans took photos. We sure slept well that night!
